GSerialM 20090510

As some problems have been spotted on machines with the serial initialization. The whole procedure has been reshaped based on the cutecom 0.20 code by Alexander Neundorf. Now the procedure works just fine :)
New features:

• ncurses UI
• new serial management
• power off function

Now it uses some new libraries so dependencies should be:

• pthread
• ncurses and menu

As usual:
tar zxvf gserialm-VERSION.tar.gz
cd gserialm-VERSION
make
./gsm /yourdevice (usually as root)
